At Mosaik Collective, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Please read our refund policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Your Right to Cancel
As per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for most items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and returned in the original packaging.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please contact the creator within 14 days of receiving your order by using the “contact creator” button on the store page with your order details and the reason for the return. They will guide you through the return process and provide an address for returning items.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For items found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, Mosaik Collective will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
5. Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned for a refund, including:
- Custom or personalized products created uniquely for you.
- Digital downloads and other non-tangible goods.
- Perishable goods such as food items, flowers, or other time-sensitive items.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you may have incurred.
